Adult Ministries

Men's Team: Whether in work or play, our goal is to unite Christian men into service for our King; to raise up spiritual leaders, build relationships, hold each other accountable, mentor the youth and minister to others.

inJOY Women's Group: The purpose of inJOY Women's Ministry is to unite the women of Hillside Ministries in a continuing, organized effort to develop Christian living and service; to promote a wider knowledge and interest in both the home and foreign mission fields of the world; to assist in and encourage the Christian education of our youth; and to take part in such Christian activities that will strengthen the local church and community.

Life Groups: It is a struggle to develop Christian leaders in today's Church. The best way to develop leaders is the Jesus Model. Jesus fished for his leaders. They were lost until He found them. He found them, cleaned them up, and made leaders out of them, all in three years time. The purpose of life groups is to produce disciples of Jesus Christ who reproduce themselves by making disciples of others. This is done through an intimate relationship of sharing God's Word together and challenging one another with "Ten" accountability questions.

Worship Team: The purpose of the music ministry is to help lead others into the presence of God through psalms and hymns and spiritual songs.. (Ephes. 5:19) To provide a way for people in all walks of life to worship in spirit and in truth. "But the time is coming - it has, in fact, come - when what you're called will not matter and where you go to worship will not matter. It's who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth . That's the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before Him in their worship..." John 4:23-24a (The Message)
